Curriculum Vitae

I’m extremely grateful for the wide variety of professional experiences I’ve had so far. Each one has built upon the others but never in a straight line. Every piece fits just like it was by design. This is my best attempt to collect them all in one place.

I can also be found on LinkedIn but I prefer to have a space that allows me to maintain control over the content and share more detail.

Professional Overview

Startup executive, product manager, digital marketer, writer, entrepreneur, mentor, coach, musician, husband, and parent.

As a startup executive and product manager, I know what is required to build a company quickly with limited resources. I have created systems and processes where none existed, built teams, and scaled initiatives up and down as priorities evolve. I enjoy the challenge of building something new and adapting as each summit leads to another climb.

As a digital marketer, I’ve run email marketing, social media strategy, digital advertising campaigns, overhauled websites and implemented CRM systems to maximize results. I enjoy harnessing the power of the internet to identify an audience and reach them with the right mix of content, products and services.

As a writer, I’ve spent a lot of time blogging, copywriting, and creating content for a variety of audiences. I’ve had the opportunity work on multiple books as project manager, researcher and ghost writer. I enjoy the opportunity to clarify thoughts and ideas through writing and distribute them in digital or physical form.

As an entrepreneur, I’ve participated in several startups and usually have at least 1-2 side projects going. I have always had an entrepreneurial drive to build new things. I enjoy that this digital age makes starting something easier and cheaper than it’s ever been.

As a mentor and coach, I find great fulfillment in helping others reach their personal and professional potential. I enjoy the opportunity to take the lessons I’ve learned and help others apply them to the their particular season of life.

As a musician, I sing and play multiple instruments as well as produce music and podcasts. I enjoy the creative expression of making music and the collaborative nature of playing with a band.

Finally, I’m husband to Hannah (we’ll celebrate our 17th anniversary this summer!) and father to Mavis (10), Camille (7) and Hattie (5). My greatest joy in life comes from investing in these relationships and making their dreams come true.
